World One Japan started with a simple observation: Japan is full of exceptional things — hand-finished fountain pens, limited-run figures, designer pieces kept in near-perfect condition — but most of them never leave the country. Japanese sellers rarely ship overseas, rarely speak English, and rarely deal with export paperwork.
So that became our job.
We're a small sourcing and export operation based in Japan. We buy from Japanese retailers, auctions and the domestic secondary market, inspect and photograph every item, pack it for an international journey, and handle the customs paperwork ourselves.
We sell both new and pre-owned goods, and we always tell you which is which. Japan's secondary market is famously well kept — but you'll never have to guess about condition. If something isn't right when it arrives, we fix it.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive 4–10 days after purchase, depending on destination and customs. Recent examples: Hong Kong 3 days, Singapore 5 days, UK 6 days, Canada 8 days, Germany 9 days. Every parcel is tracked.
Do you ship to my country?
We regularly ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brazil and Poland, and we can quote for most other destinations. Send us your address and we'll confirm rates and timing.
Are items new or used?
Both, and we always say which. New items are sealed or unused. Pre-owned items are inspected, photographed and described with honest condition notes — Japan's secondary market is exceptionally well maintained, but you'll never be guessing.
Can you find something that isn't listed?
Yes — this is most of what we do. Send a product name, a photo or a link, and we'll search Japanese retailers, auctions and the domestic market, then send you a quote.
Who handles customs and duties?
We prepare the export documentation and declare shipments properly. Import duties are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility, but we'll tell you what to expect before you commit — and if a parcel is held, we help resolve it.
Can I order in bulk or wholesale?

What if something arrives damaged or not as described?
